Q. How much does ArtReach cost?
A. ArtReach packages start at $130. Please refer to our pricing list for packages or contact us to customize an event and receive a quote.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We serve areas in and around Springfield, MO, but ArtReach is located wherever you are! We set up at your event, whether it is your backyard or church gym, and we’ll be sure it’s clean and put back the way we found it.
Q. Can you legally sell my artwork?
A. All artists at your event will need to sign a copyright release form before we can sell their creations. This form is available on our website for printing and providing to guests. You can include it in your invitation or have them sign it upon arrival.
Q. When and where will my First Friday art exhibit be?
A. It depends on when you have your event. All parties booked after the 25th of each month will have their artwork hanging not in the next month’s exhibit but the month after. For instance, if you have your party on Saturday, August 27th your art will be hanging in October’s First Friday exhibit, and not September’s. Otherwise, your art will be included in the following month’s exhibit. We are currently partnering with The Cup to house our monthly art exhibits. They sell amazing cupcakes and are located at 325 E Walnut in downtown Springfield.
Q. Which charities can my exhibit proceeds benefit?
A. We all have different causes that are dear to us and hold special meaning. If your chosen charity is a legitimate non-profit, we can’t wait to help you raise money for them!
Q. How much will you sell my artwork for?
A. We typically price pieces at $10-$25 depending on the size. All artwork includes matting, but we are happy to frame your work for an additional charge per piece in order to put a higher price tag on your pieces.
Q. Is ArtReach just for children’s events?
A. We love to do children’s parties, they have such a natural desire to create and be compassionate! But we know adults are creative and compassionate as well, so we will help anyone host an ArtReach party, no matter how old or young your guests are!
Q. How do you accept payment?
A. We currently accept cash and checks and will soon have PayPal available on our website.
Q. Is there a deposit?
A. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit due upon signing the contract.
Q. What kind of art projects can I choose from?
A. Your options are truly endless! Here are a few ideas, but there are more options available to you. If you would like us to take your theme and roll with it, we’re happy to do that as well!
